MAC Flooring was founded in 2006 by industry veterans who brought together unique skills and extensive experience. Our journey began with a humble start in a one-car garage in 1988 and grew into a significant player in the flooring market. With a collective career spanning back to the mid-1980s, our founders have mastered both commercial and residential flooring installations, transforming their hands-on experience into a successful business venture. Ed Harrigan close

Ed is a seasoned entrepreneur in the flooring industry. He co-founded a carpet company in 1988, initially operating out of a one-car garage. The business grew rapidly, leading to the purchase of a building in Prospect Park. 


After selling the company in 2005, Ed teamed up with Jim McRea to form a new entity, operating out of Glenolden with a sales office in West Chester. 


His team handles a variety of flooring types, including vinyl plank and carpet tile, serving clients across the East Coast. Ed values meticulousness and quality in every project, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jim is a top-tier flooring installer and sales professional. Joining Ed's team in 1992, Jim's skills quickly became evident, earning him a reputation as one of the best in the business. 


Transitioning from installation to sales in the late 90s, Jim co-founded a flooring specialty company in 2006. His expertise spans various flooring types, and he is particularly known for his meticulous installation techniques.
